Zones, charges and what to expect on delivery day.
Zones and charges
Delivery is priced by zone and calculated automatically at checkout once you choose your address:

Delivered by our own vehicles and handlers inside the Valley, and by livestock couriers we have worked with for years everywhere else.
How you pay
Choose whichever suits you at checkout:
- Cash on delivery — pay the full amount once the animal is in front of you, not before.
- Advance, then the rest on delivery — put down 30% to confirm the order and settle the balance at your door.
- Pay in full at checkout — settle everything up front if you would rather not handle cash on the day.
Weighed again at your door
Every animal is weighed on a calibrated scale before it is listed, and weighed again the moment it reaches you.
Our guarantee: the price you pay always follows the second reading, taken at your door, not the one from the listing. A lighter Chyangra (च्याङ्ग्रा) costs less and the difference comes straight back to your account; a heavier one costs a little more. Watch it happen, or weigh it yourself.
Tracking your order
Every order moves through the same stages, visible any time from your account: Pending, Confirmed, Processing, Out for delivery, Delivered. Choose farm pickup instead and the last two read Ready to collect and Collected.
On the day
Our driver calls an hour before arriving. The Chyangra (च्याङ्ग्रा) travels fed and watered, with its vet certificate.
Changing your mind
You can cancel from your account at any point up to Delivered — even after the animal is out for delivery, call us and we will turn the driver around. Anything you have already paid comes back to your account, less a flat रु1,000 cancellation fee.
If something is wrong
If the animal does not match its listing, do not pay. Call us from the door and we will take it back at our own cost, and refund anything you already paid.
